The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to all of the sights and the bus station in this bustling downtown area. It is also situated in the middle of the shopping district, offering plenty of opportunities for shopping enthusiasts. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even provided us with welcome gifts, including a free brunch and cocktails at the rooftop bar. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were great.

The staff is friendly and efficient, and the hotel offers extra perks like complimentary water and a water station in the lobby. The gym is well-equipped, and the hotel even provides bikes for rent.

The hotel is located in a great area, just a short walk away from the iconic Guggenheim Museum. the easy access to the bus stop for the A3247 bus to Bilbao Airport made my travels convenient. The hotel also offers a strong internet connection and a nice touch of complimentary sweets and tea in the lobby. With plenty of local and touristic restaurants and shopping opportunities close by, there is no shortage of things to do. Despite being on a high floor as requested, it's worth mentioning that some noise from guests staying in superior categories can be heard, but it didn't disrupt my stay. I highly recommend Hotel Ercilla for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved this place as it is located in the heart of the city. The staff were really helpful and assisted us with all our requests. The room amenities were fantastic and we had everything we needed. The breakfast served to us was delicious and we enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant.
We would definitely recommend this venue to families - it's great for children!
